Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger certainly are hands on when it comes to their next home as they were there to oversee the beginning of construction on their new mansion a month after being seen house hunting.

The 44-year-old action movie star and 33-year-old author were seen checking out their property land in Brentwood on Thursday ahead of the construction of their massive 15,000-square-foot mansion.
