Courteney Cox quietly unloaded a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Los Angeles’s Sierra Towers for $4.5 million last week.
The “Friends” alumna, 58, sold the 25th-floor unit last week in an off-market deal, according to property records. Ms. Cox had owned the apartment since 2011, when she purchased it for $2.1 million through a trust, according to property records.
Agent Jonah Willson of Carolwood Partners represented Ms. Cox. He declined to comment on the sale.
Few details on the unit were available since it was an off-market deal, but building amenities include a gym, outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour concierge.
This is not Ms. Cox’s first sale at Sierra Towers, a 31-story skyscraper built in the 1960s that has been home to a host of celebrities over the years, including David Geffen, Cher and Elton John.
Ms. Cox sold another unit on the 25th floor in 2020 for $2.9 million through the same trust, Mansion Global reported at the time.
Mansion Global could not independently determine who purchased the unit, but Dirt, which first reported on the deal, said L.A. socialite Angelique Soave was the buyer.
Ms. Soave, the daughter of Detroit-based waste management mogul Tony Soave, also purchased Ms. Cox’s other unit in the building, according to Mansion Global. Records show she also owns a third residence at the towers, which she purchased in 2017 for $4.4 million from English actor Joan Collins, PropertyShark records showed.
Representatives for Ms. Soave did not immediately return a request for comment.
This year, Ms. Cox appeared in the last installment of the “Scream” movie franchise and the television series “Shining Vale.”
