KILDARE PROPERTY WATCH: 27 acres of land at Kill to go under the hammer

Jordan Auctioneers, Newbridge have just brought to the market a smashing parcel of land, just outside the village of Kill, Co. Kildare.

The land at Fodeens extends to approximately 27 acres. The land is in two divisions with superb mature hedgerows and natural timber.

A stream runs along the northern boundary providing a natural water supply. The land is all in grass but ideal for a wide range of purposes and would make a super site for the construction of a residence and yard subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission.

There is over 300 metres frontage onto the local road.

According to the selling agent Paddy Jordan they expect good demand for the land considering its ‘excellent location close to Naas (10km) and The City (20km) with the N7 less than 5 mins drive and the fact that land seldom comes to the market in the area’

The property is for auction on Thursday, October 26 at 3pm in Lawlors Hotel, Naas.

Jordan Auctioneers are issuing a guide price of €16,000 per acre.
