PLUS Property sets sights on a 15% income boost in 2023, riding high on its leadership in property management.
PLUS Property, the leading property project management firm with over 27 years of work records, revealed its Q3 2023 operating results, achieving 750 million baht in income. The company’s growth momentum continues, with expectations of reaching 1 billion baht in total income by the end of this year, marking a 15% rise from the previous year.
Naruemon Arporntanakul, Assistant Management Director of Project Management for Residential Projects at Plus Property Company Limited, a full-service professional property and facility management agency, stated, “The company’s operating results continue to grow, thanks to the supporting force in the final quarter resulting from Thailand’s opening up to foreign tourists during the high season. Leading real estate developers have also launched major campaigns to accelerate purchases and prepare for year-end transfers. This has revitalised the overall economy and the property market. PLUS expects its property management and associated businesses to continue growing in line with market mechanisms, as there is a constant demand for residential properties. Meanwhile, residential buildings and housing estates still require the services of professional building management firms, whether they are newly developed projects or projects that have already been delivered to clients. Currently, PLUS oversees more than 380 projects nationwide, amounting to 18 million square meters of managed area. It remains the top choice for clients in residential project management, and the second half of 2023 has seen the company entrusted with managing new condominium and luxury villa projects. Among them are Supalai Elite Surawong, Supalai Oriental Sukhumvit 39, Villa Qabalah Phuket, Baan Phrom Phong, Millennium Residence, and Akas Bluehill Khaoyai.”
