Where is the hottest Caribbean prime property market?

The chill winds that blew through the UK last month perfectly emphasised the appeal of the Caribbean, where average temperatures from December to April range from 24C in the Bahamas to 28C in St Lucia.

Wealthy visitors have exploited that appeal for decades, coming to sail in Antigua’s English Harbour, kick back on a Barbados beach and, increasingly, work remotely thanks to superfast wi-fi. And because these visitors are spending longer in their Caribbean homes, they expect them to have every comfort, according to Edward de Mallet Morgan, head of international super prime sales at Knight Frank.
